End of another season at Nykmark 🤍
And this one feels a little different.
After 3–4 years of what has probably been the most challenging renovation of our lives, we can finally say that the big things are done.
We renovated Nykmark little by little, mostly ourselves, with a pretty tight budget and a lot to learn along the way. We made mistakes, changed plans, learned new skills, worked very long days… and somehow kept going.
Is everything perfect? Definitely not. But it’s ours, and we’re incredibly proud of how far this place has come.
This year was so busy that we barely even had time to show you what we’ve been creating.
So finally, meet Nykmark Residence — the newest part of our little place in Lofoten. A spacious home over two floors, with a big kitchen and living room, terraces, mountain views and plenty of space to slow down and simply be here.
Now that the biggest projects are behind us, we can finally focus on the part we’ve been looking forward to the most: making Nykmark warmer, cosier and full of all those little details that make you feel at home.
Thank you to everyone who stayed with us this season, came back, recommended us, left kind words or simply followed our journey.
We can’t wait to show you more of what we’ve created — and what Nykmark will become next. 🤍
