Mi Casa Tu Casa is a Norwegian, fast-growing, property management business in Norway focused on excellence in customer service and rental for short and long-term guests.
Mi Casa Tu Casa offers property management services to holiday homes, serviced apartments, guest houses, B&Bs, and hotel owners. For guests, we have a fantastic range of holiday homes, serviced accommodation, corporate lets, and short-term rentals all over Norway and South France.

We do more than simply advertise on Airbnb and manage bookings, we try to make your home the most amazing experience that is possible for guests around the world.
We are looking for staff to join our team for this 2022 season.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
Customer Satisfaction
We, as a company, cannot continue to grow without exceptional customer satisfaction. We need our customers to have an easy experience with us from before they hit the “Book” button until well after they receive the product. We go by the Golden Rule: To treat each customer as we would like to be treated. By doing this, finding resolutions to problems, and making the process easy for the customer.
Answering inbound calls from customers in a friendly manner and handling each customer as if they are the ONLY customer while on the line.
Using active listening to fully understand customer issues.
Doing everything possible to resolve the issue the customer is calling about in the first call (first-contact resolutions).
Updating notes in the Guest details in our PMS, email management app Zendesk and WhatsApp group.
Maintaining guest-level knowledge of our properties and policies so you can answer customer questions correctly and with confidence.
Placing outbound calls as needed to answer voicemails, support tickets, or as directed by management.
Preventing cancellations or returns where possible.
Forwarding escalated issues to management if necessary.
Example Work Schedules: (Hours can shift) All Shifts work in Central Standard Time Zone.
- We will hire 2 staff in Portugal. 1 week on and 1 week off.
- Hours of work are flexible and spread around the day.

Qualifications:
Speak English. Scandinavian language is an advantage.
Experience with customer service
Requires intermediate software and computer knowledge, with strong Web/system navigational experience, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
Ability to think critically and use problem-solving skills to identify the root issues of problems.
Ability to work independently, adhere to work schedule, and manage regular duties with minimal supervision from home.
A dedicated home office environment with a closed door and no distractions during work hours.
Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate within a dynamic multi-department environment to achieve common goals; organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; take ownership and be self-motivated and resourceful to find problem solutions; be data and results-driven; and learn quickly in a fast-paced, open-plan environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Salary and payment options:
The work is seasonal from the beginning of May to the end of August.
We will pay using "recibos verdes".
