We didn’t produce quite that much stockfish ourselves, but our klippfisk turned out very well this year too. We use it in our homemade bacalao.

Now our last co-living and co-working guests have moved out, and we are preparing for the summer season. Our summer season starts already in May, as it does for many businesses here in Nyksund.
