Welcome to the Fineart Suite!

A unique collaboration between Hotel Christiania Teater and Fineart Gallery, where you don’t just visit art – you stay surrounded by it. The suite will continuously feature works from some of Norway’s leading contemporary artists, creating an experience that evolves over time.

Currently on the walls: works by renowned Norwegian photographer Morten Qvale. His images take you on a journey across Norway — from Barcode and the Royal Palace in Oslo to the midnight sun and dramatic mountains of Lofoten.

The Fineart Suite is available to book upon request, and all artworks in the suite are available for purchase.

Lifestyle Hotel of the Year 2025 🏆

This weekend we attended VK, Strawberry ’s annual winter conference where all our sister hotels from across the Nordics come together to celebrate, learn and get inspired. And during the awards dinner… we won!

Being named Lifestyle Hotel of the Year 2025 among so many incredible Strawberry hotels is something we are deeply proud of. Thank you Nordic Hotels & Resorts 🙏

We also want to honour our own Employee of the Year, Ewelina. Her powerful story of dedication, sacrifice and love for her family was shared on stage by Strawberry’s founder, Petter A. Stordalen . Being one of just a few stories told that night was a moment we will never forget.

This award belongs to our extraordinary team and guests, the people who bring this house to life, every single day❤️
