Let’s talk about food on the Amalfi Coast ❤️ Last year I stayed 4 months in Praiano and these dishes are from the first 1 1/2 months. A delicious culinary feast every day.
Some I made at home, but most from bars and restaurants as I did not have a kitchen in the beginning. Everything fresh from the gardens. Always. Lots of fish and seafood, pasta, risotto, occasionally meat, however always lots of fresh vegetables 🍆
