Join us for Norway’s National Day with ocean views, festive vibes, and a menu inspired by coastal flavors and local traditions 🌊✹

Begin the evening with a delicate blini topped with lumpfish caviar, horseradish cream, and dill–cucumber oil

For the starter, enjoy a soft lompe roll filled with smoked salmon, cream, dill, cucumber, and red onion

Main course
Slow-cooked pork neck with potato purée, pointed cabbage, and apple demi-glace

Finish with a rich chocolate Baileys fondant, served with fresh physalis, raspberries, and Baileys sauce

We’re open from 11-18 today and the rest of the weekend – stop by for hot coffee, something tasty to eat and a cozy shelter from the wind ☕
