The season is on.

Monkfish, wolffish and cod all caught right outside our harbor.
Longer days, better fishing, and the ocean is waking up.

Grab a boat, bring your crew and get out there.

Two incredible weeks of halibut fishing here at Risøyhamn Sjøhus 🎣

Big smiles, heavy fish, and memories that will last a lifetime. The conditions have lined up perfectly, and the results speak for themselves. Several solid halibut landed, with some absolute giants hitting the deck 💪

At the same time, cod fishing has been consistently excellent since the very start of the season. Plenty of action and great quality fish for our guests every single day.

Happy 1st of May 🇳🇴

A day off well spent… out at sea.

Grab your crew, rent a boat, and experience the Arctic the way it should be, fresh air, open ocean and good fishing.

Bad weather? Even better.

Step into your private sauna, warm up, and watch the Arctic from the front row.
After a day outside, this is where you reset.

We’ve received 2 brand new boats from Jomar As
Alumarine 760 Cabin powered by Yamaha 150 hp.

Comfortable seating and outdoor space for up to 5 people, perfect for both fishing and cruising.

The past week has been amazing:
calm seas, 12–16°C in April and excellent fishing conditions.
Plenty of large, clean cod at 40–80 meters, and earlier this week we also had great skrei fishing in Andfjorden.

April is simply one of the best months for fishing, clean, firm, high-quality fish.

We’ve also been busy on land:
new grills installed, benches painted, the area cleaned and prepared.
Construction of 2 new modern grill cabins with ocean views has also started.

Summer came early to Risøyhamn ☀️
