I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was beautiful with a warm and welcoming home like atmosphere. The entire apartment was clean and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally nice, friendly, and kind, always helpful and making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily stay here again.

If you want to stay in one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in Norway, book your stay at Klara Hotel. This is unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in before. The owner, Mr. Aske, is incredibly kind and welcoming, making every guest feel at home. And as a bonus, his adorable cat adds even more charm to the place!

One of my favorite parts of staying here was the cozy living room, where I met travelers from all over the world in just one day. It created such a warm and friendly atmosphere that felt more like a home than a hotel.

Thank you, Mr. Aske, for your outstanding hospitality. Staying at Klara Hotel was truly the best experience I had during my trip to Norway, and I will always remember it.

Honestly, 2025 was one of the best years for Klara. We're in a good flow, guests are happy, we managed to get an award for best accommodation in Sandefjord (first out of 33) last year, and now we've won the Traveller Review Awards 2026 from Booking.com.

Thanks to our guests for bringing all that positive energy.

Free shuttle was my reason for booking, but this place is not just a stay. It's like a brother you always wanted and needed. He is an excellent host and house is so interesting to look at for inspiration. Thank you for food too. Merry Christmas

Här känns det som att komma hem. Välkomnande, mysigt, levande…. En härlig värd som kokade kaffe och bjöd på när jag kom, spelade fin musik i bakgrunden och bjöd på sin gästvänlighet all in.

"Incredibly warm and caring host- Esle, picked us up and drove us to the airport. Very cozy house, there is everything for cooking, delicious coffee, fruit and pizza were a treat. Candles in every room gave a very romantic atmosphere. Very clean, comfortable bed, warm, nice evening by the fireplace. I recommend to everyone: the price-quality correspond, we will definitely return."

Very cosy, clean and quiet rooms. Felt very safe, the host was incredibly kind and helpful. Kitchen fully stocked with amenities so we walked to the local supermarket then made our dinner.
Location is in a gorgeous little housing estate, very peaceful.
