GJEDSJO GAARD
Gjedsjo Gaard was busy, 2018 from January 1st until November 30th, we had almost 70% occupancy if we have no guests coming in December! In case December is busy, we could increase the numbers to maximum 78.6%, which is highest rate of occupancy in the Oslo region and our guests have made their judgements; Booking.com shows constant 9.3, placing us at "a superior level" or TripAdvisor, we got 5 stars "superior"! Why is Gjedsjo Gaard so popular amongst our guests? Gjedsjo Gaard is placed outside of Oslo, 25 kilometre from down town into forests and plain nature. The comfort and the daily service could be much higher, instead of offering inventories from the 17th and 18th century combined with classic Versace from end of the 19th/20thies centuries, decorated by older paintings and sculptures of some "old masters"........ Breakfast served with old fashion silver cutleries, porcelain remaining from old Czechoslovakia and China ...... pieces it is difficult to buy, unless you are following auctions around the world ..... pieces you would appreciate, and, here at Gjedsjo we have a say: "If you love yourself, you love your fellowman". We have no employee registered as member of Unions, we are doing what we are doing to make our guests utmost satisfied and we are not supporting interference by Unions! Yes, we love our guests .... regardless who you are, a guest is a guest and we love making you Happy and Satisfied!
