Kitchen Team – Starting November 2026 🍴
We’re looking for a **cook or someone who simply loves cooking** to join our kitchen team from ** November 2026**!
This is a little different from a traditional chef role. We’re mainly looking for someone who is **hands-on, independent, reliable, and comfortable taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen**.
The role includes:
* Preparing a simple but well-presented daily buffet for up to **80–100 guests**
* Cooking a mix of **Asian and Western comfort food**
* Preparing staff meals for approximately **10 up to 25 people**
* Planning, mise-en-place and daily kitchen operations
* Following up on orders, supplies and stock
* Keeping the kitchen and pantry clean, organised and hygienic
We operate **year-round**.
**May to October is our busiest period**, while the other months are generally quieter, although the kitchen remains operational.
You don’t necessarily need to be a trained chef — **if you love cooking, are practical, organised and enjoy working independently, we’d love to hear from you!**
