Chitwan Sakriya Women’s Foundation (CSWF), with the support of ActionAid Nepal and funding from Irish Aid through the Samriddhi Project (WRP III), successfully conducted a Community Scorecard Assessment in Madi Municipality to evaluate the quality, accessibility, responsiveness, and effectiveness of services available to women affected by violence.

The assessment engaged women survivors, women activists, community leaders, and service providers to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities for improving GBV response mechanisms. Through a participatory process, stakeholders assessed access to legal, psychosocial, health, protection, and referral services and shared valuable insights on service delivery and coordination.

A joint interface meeting brought together all groups to review the findings, validate key issues, and discuss practical solutions for strengthening survivor-centered, accountable, and accessible services.

This process provided an important platform for dialogue, transparency, and collaboration between service users and providers, contributing to stronger and more effective support systems for women affected by violence.

The assessment findings and recommendations are currently being consolidated, and the final report will be shared with stakeholders next month.
