Thankchen is a pure vegetarian, research-led Thak Khola–inspired buffet, tracing how people cooked and ate along the trade corridor — when winter demanded restraint, warmth, and clarity.

🌱 Clearly marked vegan section
🍞 Barley, buckwheat & millet breads
🍎 Jaggery & apple–based winter desserts
