Nepal in a real way of supporting and developing nepali people,not only with employment but with on job training and skills development.but even further than that we absolutely believe investing in and supporting our communities and will actively initiate and fund free water in the areas where fireflies hostels are located as well programmes to help resolve the on going problems for street kids. We also wish to share this model and vision with other like minded and forward thinking nepali businesses,enabling them to sustain themselves,to provide higher quality services within the tourism industry, to improve, retain and develop the skills of talented nepali people and to make a positive and real difference to our communities and Nepal.
