To enter, participants must:

2. Introduction
This giveaway ("Promotion") is organized by Appleby House and Rabbit Island Huts
("Organizer") and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated
with Instagram or facebook. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility
• Open to residents of New Zealand.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Organizer, affiliates, and their immediate family members are
not eligible.
4. Giveaway Period
• The giveaway starts on 4th March 2025 and ends on 18th March 2025 at 1pm New
Zealand time. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be selected randomly.
• The winner will be announced on 18th March via an Instagram Story and/or a
direct message from .
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
6. Prize
• The winner will receive two (2) nights' accommodation for two (2) people at
Appleby House and Rabbit Island Huts.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for
cash.
• Any additional expenses (e.g., travel, meals, activities) are the winner's
responsibility.
7. Additional Terms
• The prize must be redeemed within 12 months and is subject to availability.
• Blackout dates may apply.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the giveaway if
unforeseen circumstances arise.
• By entering, participants agree to allow the Organizer to use their instagram or facebook
handle for promotional purposes.
