Centred around creation and relaxation, this retreat is designed to help you slow down and be inspired by the stunning winter landscape of Mt White Station. Master Pastelist, Julie Greig’s warm, supportive teaching has a strong focus on colour, simplifying shape, understanding light, and developing your own personal response to the landscape.

Perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike, you will build confidence working with pastels and take a piece of Mt White Station home with you. Here are some photos of the lovely ladies who attended our retreat last year and their amazing artwork.

Watch as our beekeepers shift hives across our 40,000ha station. 🐝

There's a lot that goes on before we can open a jar of delicious high-country honey. Shifting hives, for example, is scheduled for cold, rainy days, when the bees are snug in their hives, instead of out foraging. But sometimes the sun comes out making for beautiful shots!

Many hands make light work 🤝.

Last week all staff banded together to make use of fallen trees and prepare for winter ahead.

With the roar of chainsaws and heavy machinery, our team worked through the day to restock the firewood shed.
