Celebrating the Housekeepers
They work hard every single day, and it truly shows in the results. Not only do they consistently get the job done, but they also demonstrate Kindness and Pride.
They are the best bed makers you’ll ever come across – no matter how busy we get, they simply jump in together, communicate well, and work as a team to make sure every room is completed to a high standard. Their teamwork is outstanding, and it’s nice to know I can rely on this all the time.
Behind the scenes, I have one or two team members helping to keep everything moving – holding it all together so the housekeeping department runs smoothly. They support me and ensure the team is set up for success, which gives me the time I need during the day to go train for the Coast 2 Coast .I can leave with confidence because I know they are getting on with the job.
They support and share each other, Okay is not good enough. We aim for operational excellence, and they take real pride in their work and consistently deliver outstanding results. We are committed to a sustainable future, and our goal is to provide excellent accommodation -striving to be the best motel of choice in Ashburton. I honestly cannot do this without the effort, dedication, and heart these team members bring to their roles every day.
