Crushed Grapes - Esther’s w**e dinner series closes off the year with a taste of Waiheke. Man O’ War is bringing the w**e, our kitchen is bringing the fire, and this final edition of 2026 is built entirely around the coals.

Three courses cooked whole and over open flame, matched with Waiheke pours and stories straight from the w**emakers themselves. A mystery pour challenge to test the table. A bottle or two to take home if the night convinces you.

This September, Rooftop at QT co-stars with Campari, serving up a little slice of paradise with four artistically curated pours from $22.

The Classic, Campari's original, served exactly as it should be. The Director's Cut, a QT signature built for the rooftop. The Original Chaos, our own creation starring Bulldog London Dry Gin and Campari. And The Uncut, for those who want none of the booze but all of the bitters.

Snack on Campari-dusted popcorn while you sip. Because paradise deserves a side.
