This year’s Christmas card features a sketch by artist Daisy Penno (), originally created in 2021, drawing The Hotel Britomart in her distinctive style.

As we celebrate five years since opening, it feels especially meaningful to reflect on how far we have come, and on the people, moments and memories that have shaped us, while looking ahead with excitement to all that is still to unfold.
