I’m Paula, this is Graeme, and at our feet is Griffon – the real boss of the operation. 🐾
In 2020, we built Copper Black with a simple idea: to create more than just beautiful places to stay. We wanted to create memorable experiences and share the places, people and stories that make New Zealand so special. 🏡
Since then, the journey has grown to include Copper Black Marlborough, The Pavilion – Christchurch, and Fighter Flights where Graeme has spent the past 12 years creating unforgettable warbird experiences in our Yak-3, Full Noise. ✈️
Today, Copper Black Collection brings all of those passions together — accommodation, aviation, travel, adventures, hidden gems and the stories we discover along the way. 🌿🍷✈️
This is just the beginning. Over the coming months we’ll be sharing more of the places we love, the experiences we create, and perhaps even a few exciting new chapters still to come. ✨
