Opening up this morning we noticed a little milestone that means a lot to us - Cambridge Mews has moved up to an overall guest rating of 9.4 from 221 reviews ⭐
For us, there is a bigger story behind that number.
Cambridge Mews has been welcoming guests since the mid-1990s. New properties naturally have the advantage of new buildings, new systems and the latest technology. For a property that has been operating for as long as we have to still be earning guest ratings above 9 is something we’re particularly proud of.
It reflects the care of the people who have looked after Cambridge Mews before us, property owners who have continued to invest in it and, we hope, the work we are doing as its current custodians.
As a smaller owner-operated motel, every review feels personal. We’re the people you meet when you arrive, and we work alongside our amazing team running the business, maintaining the property and preparing the rooms for each new guest.
Since we’ve been here, we've also made the effort to respond personally to every review and comment wherever the booking platforms allow us.
So to every one of those 221 guests who took the time to share their experience, to our dedicated staff, and to everyone who chooses to stay with us, thank you. We genuinely appreciate every single one of you!
