Learn more about our upcoming fundraiser event Revel & Run on Sportzhub! This is an awesome team challenge for you and your friends, youth group, church or colleagues to get amongst! We have so many cool things planned to make this a race event not to be missed - check it out and get a team together!

Revel & Run debuts in Christchurch this June, bringing a first-of-its-kind 6, 12 and 24-hour team relay to Bottle Lake Forest. Teams tackle 5.5km laps together, blending endurance, strategy and community in a unique new event.

We loved the idea of basing this mural around Psalm 96 because it referenced the surroundings of Hibburt Park: the fields, the trees, the sea! Our hope for everyone who visits Hibburt Park is that they feel peace and joy, that it is a place of relaxation and restoration, but also a place of fun memories that create belonging and connection.
We wanted this mural to be a reflection of who we are as a faith based campsite, but also feels welcoming and inviting to people of all beliefs and backgrounds. The more you look at this artwork, the more you find and we think that's a little bit what it's like to be a follower of Jesus 😊

"Best kitchen I have catered in for a long time!" That's the verdict from a school who recently stayed with us - we will take it! Couldn't be happier with our new kitchen! Fresh floors, paint, tiles, benches, appliances (A STERILISER!) and we've now got an awesome walk in pantry providing heaps more storage space! Amazing mahi from James, our manager, the guys at and their associated trades! What a transformation 👌

What a privilege to host Scripture Union New Zealand CREATE camp this week! Our whānau was invited to watch their end of camp showcase, featuring a hilarious puppet show, beautiful waiata, inspired artwork and courageous performances! So awesome to see rangatahi discovering and embracing their creative talents and encouraging each other in them. Our little chapel was transformed into a gallery space and we were gifted this amazing print of the building, crafted by one of the camp organizers. We love that Hibburt Park is a place where young people can connect, learn and be empowered!

We just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who visited our little Coffee Caravan over the summer! It was a real joy to provide to our neighbourhood and connect with new people! The Coffee Caravan is now in hibernation for the winter (you never know, it might sporadically be open one day) and we have lots of ideas for how we continue next summer 😊☀️

☕️FINAL COFFEE CARAVAN WEEK☕️
It's the last week our little coffee caravan will be open for the season!! This has been such a fun little project/fundraiser over the summer and we have loved all the connections we have made! Help us see out the first season of the Hibburt Park Coffee Caravan with a bang - we would love to see all our loyal supporters (and new ones!) before we close up - come grab a coffee, a Granny McFlitter Book and/or a plant!

So lovely to host Heather Haylock Author today to read her latest Granny McFlitter book! Thanks to all that came to join in the fun!
Heather has kindly donated books for us to sell with the profit going to Hibburt Park - so if you weren't able to make it today but would like a book, you can buy them from the coffee caravan, which will be open all this week :)
