How cool is this surfboard we got to wrap? It was super fun to get something different in the workshop, and it turned out so good. This board will be displayed ; we can't wait to see it!

🏄‍♂️🌊 The latest addition to reception has landed! 🌊🏄‍♂️

Our VW-inspired reception just got even cooler with the arrival of our custom surfboard feature, now proudly hanging above the Kombi front desks! 🚐✨

What started life as an old surfboard has been transformed into a one-of-a-kind statement piece thanks to the talented team at Sign Pursuit. Once again, they've absolutely nailed it with an incredible custom wrap that perfectly ties in with our North South Holiday Park colours and Kombi theme. 🙌

A huge thank you to Sign Pursuit Pursuit for bringing our vision to life. We love working with local businesses that can turn crazy ideas into reality!

What started as a crazy idea over conversation with our team has officially rolled into reality… 🚐✨

Our brand new Kombi Front Reception Desk is here — and honestly, we’re blown away with how it turned out. From the working lights and curved panels to the glowing underbody and classic VW styling, this piece now sits right at the heart of North South Holiday Park welcoming guests in true style. And this is only phase 1 of this project with more to come soon.

We wanted something fun, unforgettable, and completely “us”… and we think this is exactly that. 💙🧡

A huge thank you to everyone involved especially my maintenance team of Flash, Troy and Colin in bringing this vision to life. We can’t wait for guests to see it in person!

Kids get bigger, Dad gets rounder. A Happy New Year to all those who help and support us to run this awesome Park. 2025 has been another year of making North South even better and this will keep happening in 2026. We love what we do and hope it shows.

We are sponsoring the St Joseph's Papanui School Fair which is taking place on November 2nd from 11am-2pm at St Joseph's School, 4 Vagues, Papanui. Delicious food, raffles, chocolate wheel, amazing stalls and lots of fun activities and entertainment for the whole family! The school are raising money for a new playground and outdoor space, so pop along for a fun day out!

We are so excited to announce that we recently WON the 2025 Large Park Development Award for Market Development & Growth at the National Holiday Parks Awards in Nelson last month— BREAK OUT THE CH*****NE!!!!

This award recognizes the massive leap we've made with our new builds:
🏡 A stunning 3-Bedroom Unit
🏡 A cozy 2-Bedroom Unit
🛏️ A purpose-built Bunkhouse Unit (perfect for school groups & teams)
📺🍽️ And our welcoming Communal Dining & TV Room for guests to relax, connect, and recharge.

But more than anything — I do it all for my kids.
They are my biggest inspiration and the reason I pour my heart into building something special for every family who stays with us.
