I would like to invite anyone that is interested or has had an affiliation with the Antique Lodge Motel/Clyde Central motel since 1976 to come and have a final look around. And if you are interested in what is happening and/or purchasing a unit later in the year, the developer, Nick Beach, will be on site to answer any questions.

There will also be a small garage sale with bits and pieces no longer required so feel free to come and have a look and be nosy!!

And if you pop into the Gin Stables there may even be some refreshments. So please come and join us on Sunday afternoon.

The Motels have sold and will be closing down permanently on May 18th 2025. Definitely an end of a era but they have progressed from waterbeds and spas to ebikes and lyra!!!! They are going to be sold off individually after renovations in the spring so if you think you may be interested give Nick a call directly!! Imagine having a unit in the middle of Clyde where you can base yourself for endless kms of biking all year around!

The Central Residence house at the Clyde Central Motel is available for rent during our quiet period 1 May - 30 Sept 2025. Fully furnished. 1 king, 1 queen and twin room. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Diesel radiator to keep you toastie warm. Communal laundry. We are very quiet over this time so it is a very quiet, central location to stay during the winter. $750 per week which includes wifi and reasonable use of power and heating. We are heading into our busy season and are looking for some extra help to get us through to mid-April.

We are wanting some additional housekeepers to help our amazing team make sure that our guests have a memorable experience so if you have an eye for detail, are able to use your initiative and want to work on a part-time, casual basis please make sure that you contact us. Hours of work are approximately 9.30am - 1pm and you must be available to work weekends.

We are also needing a breakfast manager that can serve a continental breakfast in our historic schist building for our guests as well as preparing additional breakfasts. You will need to be a people person and have a passion for creating the ultimate experience for visitors. This can be either a combined role with housekeeping or separate. Hours of work are 7am - 10am and you must be able to work weekends.

We went exploring all the new places that have opened recently around Clyde. We visited the Orchard Garden on Dunstan Road. It was a gorgeous garden cafe that has been recently reopened. A beautiful spot to relax at with friends. Great service and atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit when you are staying at Clyde Central.
