What We've Been Up To at Coromandel Seaview Motel

Over the last 2-3 years, we've been busy improving and upgrading Coromandel Seaview Motel to make it an even better place for our guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful Coromandel.

We've completed a wide range of projects around the property, including:

✅ Tiling the downstairs kitchen
✅ Painting the steps, spa area, motel exterior, woodshed, and driveway posts
✅ Building a divider and installing a new barn door in the woodshed
✅ Painting and staining the deck
✅ Removing and replacing the patio roof
✅ Upgrading the garage with new cupboards and improvements
✅ Installing woodshed flashing
✅ Refreshing the Spa Apartment with a full interior repaint
✅ Updating Bay View Studio with a fresh new look
✅ Removing the old garage window
✅ Staining room tables
✅ Installing a fish filleting station for our guests to enjoy after a successful day out on the water
✅ Launching our brand-new website to make booking and planning your stay even easier
and completing many other maintenance and improvement projects

We still have a few projects in the pipeline, including a new car park, upstairs kitchen upgrades, finishing touches to the Spa Apartment, a retaining wall for the gas bottles, and repairs to the carport leak.

We are incredibly proud of how much the property has changed and improved over the past few years. Every project has been done with the aim of making Coromandel Seaview Motel a more comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

And finally, on a personal note, we've also welcomed a new member to the family. Many of you already know Spike, and now he has a new friend, Kiwa, who has quickly become part of the Coromandel Seaview Motel team and is enjoying meeting our guests!
