Ladies, we've heard your cries for help… and we're here for you!

Is the other half getting under your feet? Following you around like a lost puppy? Asking what's for dinner when you've only just finished lunch?

Well, we've got the perfect solution! 🤣

Drop him off at the Admirals Arms Husband Creche and we'll take care of the rest.

Our facilities include:

🍺 Plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration
🍔 Regular feeding opportunities
🏉 Large screens to keep him stimulated
🎱 Games to improve hand-eye coordination
🍻 Social interaction with other abandoned husbands

All husbands will be returned in approximately the same condition they arrived in. We cannot, however, guarantee they'll be any smarter. 🤣

And don't worry about collection times. If you're running late for pick up, most husbands are happy to wait patiently for you.

🇺🇸 A BIT OF AMERICAN MUSCLE AT THE ADMIRALS! 🏁

On Sunday we had a visit from the Whitianga American Muscle Car Club for their monthly get-together — and what an impressive line-up!

A great bunch of people, some absolutely stunning cars, and enough American muscle parked outside The Admirals to make any petrolhead jealous. 😍

I did my best not to drool on the paintwork… but when they fired up the V8s and headed off up Wharf Road and back over the hill, I was cheering like a kid in a candy shop.

Absolute heaven. 🔥🔥🔥

🎉 WHAT A NIGHT AT THE ADMIRALS! 🎉

Saturday night was an absolute cracker as a huge crowd gathered to celebrate Langi’s 60th Birthday with friends and whānau.

Judging by the turnout, we’re pretty sure there was nobody left in Kennedy Bay. 😂

Sweet As were in epic form, the dance floor was pumping from start to finish, and our Garden Bar was absolutely rocking! What a way to kick off the summer season. ☀️🍻🎶

Great kai, cold drinks, live music, friends, whānau and plenty of laughs — exactly what the Garden Bar was made for.

A massive shout-out to our team who worked their backsides off getting everything ready and keeping the party rolling all night. You guys smashed it. ❤️

"I've not been to any of the pubs in Coromandel before as I always thought they'd be disappointing.

The Admirals Arms turns that assumption upside down. A significant investment has been made to the building, offering, fare and entertainment.

This is a solid pub with a great range of taps b**rs, wines, bottled beverages and top shelf tipples. The food is very good and the menu is extensive.

I went with a local a retired Catholic Priest and an empty tummy and thirst of tidal proportions. I left full, happy and watered. What a refreshing night out!

I'm a bit of a food snob. I'm an Aucklander with a serious case of the up-turned nose. I recommend everyone gives this place a visit and stay for a feed and a few brews. It's a good spot visit often.

I'll be back for sure. The fish and chips are the best in town"

🏉 UP THE MAKO’S! 🦈

What a great photo of the Manaia Mako’s with Kyle and Rachel at the Admirals Arms Coromandel.

It’s been an absolute pleasure getting to know these young men this year — first meeting them, then having the opportunity to sponsor them, and finally sharing a few laughs and a few b**rs with them along the way. Extremely polite and respectful young men.

After being off the field since 2023, the Manaia Mako Senior Men made their return to Rugby League in 2026 — and they should be bloody proud of themselves.

They turned up. They played hard. They backed each other. And no matter what was happening on the scoreboard, they never dropped their heads or gave up.

That’s what grassroots sport is all about — playing for your mates, your club, your families and your community. ❤️

We’re proud to have played a small part in their return and even prouder to have the lads as part of the Admirals family.

Bring on 2027. We’ll be on the sideline cheering you on… and hopefully watching the boys chalk up a few wins!
