Hi from Rhys and Xav! We’re absolutely thrilled to be taking the reins as the new custodians of the Careys Bay Historic Hotel.
A huge thank you to the community for the kind words, well wishes, and warm welcome. You bring such a genuine “cheers” vibe to the bar — it’s easy to see how special this place is because of you.
We’ve already felt how important the hotel is to the vibrancy of Careys Bay, and we’re excited to get to know you all better so it can truly be a place where “everybody knows your name 😉”.
A massive thank you to Jo and Steve for trusting us with this life‑changing opportunity. We’re incredibly grateful for your support and feel so fortunate. We hope to make you proud by continuing the hard work, heart, and passion you’ve poured into this place over the past 18 years.
