The Victoria Hotel Dunedin The Victoria Hotel is located in the heart of the Dunedin city. There is also a guest laundry facility available. The bar is also available from 10am till late.

It is right next to the Cadbury Chocolate World, one minute walk to the George Street, five minutes walk to the Octagon or Railway Station or Dunedin Hospital, and within 20 minutes walk to the new Forsyth Barr Stadium. We have rooms suitable for 1- 5 people, with a range of bedding configurations and amenities, all with newly renovated bathrooms, plus unlimited free wi-fi. You can choose 4-star a

ccomodation in our brand new wing, or 3.5-star rooms in our main block. The Victoria Hotel provides three Function venues available for conferences, business meetings, wedding receptions and any special events. The hotel restaurant is opening from 7am - 10 am for breakfast and 6pm - 8pm for dinner daily. Access to the Hotel is via Cumberland Street, oneway system from the south or from St Andrew Street from the north which has secure off-street car parking. Our reception hours is from 7am to 10pm daily and a duty manager and/or night porter is available during the night. We look forward to welcoming you to The Victoria Hotel Dunedin.

Our new menu has dropped! Full of flavour 🤩 made with fresh local ingredients, come get a taste!

Well Manor Restaurant was established in 2010. The logo reflects the flow of water from the original fountain in front of the restaurant, which resembled a water well. The flow of water symbolises the continuous flow of opportunities and positive energy. The logo was redesigned following the extension of the hotel in 2016, after the water fountain was converted from traditional to modern to flow with the contemporary era.

Yesterday I painted a Sea lion's head (based on a photo by Derek Morrison) to celebrate the 'Wild Dunedin' this week(14th to 23rd of April). Thanks to New Zealand Festival of Nature and Otago Museum for their support as well as the F45 Dunedin CBD, Jason LaHood and The Victoria Hotel Dunedin. I hope that this is just a temporary mural and we can raise funds to paint that whole side wall in detail. Look at this amazing light reactive mural by Bruce Mahalski on the hotel's Great King Street entrance. Come by to check it out if you are in the area. You'll need to check out the mural twice, once during daylight and once during night time, to see the two different looks. The first outdoor mural of its kind in Aotearoa New Zealand.
