We're very much looking forward to acting as a dining destination again for the Dunedin Supper Club in their 15th year on 15 October. A one-of-a-kind annual fundraising night to support Ronald McDonald House Charities New Zealand who help keep families close.

We're continuing to expand with the announcement that owner Geoff Thomson has purchased Philip Laing House on Dunedin’s Rattray Street and adjoining properties. The former Government Life Building will be transformed into an elegant 4.5-star, 145-room hotel & conference centre, slated to open in the final quarter of 2028. The new Distinction Central Dunedin Hotel & Conference Centre will be our 3rd property within Dunedin, alongside Distinction Dunedin Hotel and Dunedin Leisure Lodge - A Distinction Hotel.
