As your hosts, the brother and sister team of Adrian and Fiona, aim to provide you with outstanding service and promise a thoroughly enjoyable stay, right here in the heart of Dunedin City. Beautifully appointed, sunny and comfortable buildings, close to Mornington Shopping Centre, Tavern, Bakery, Cafes, Drs Surgery, Pharmacy, Supermarket, with public transport stopping right outside the front doo

r. A variety of single, double and ensuite bedrooms are available, that are fully furnished for your convenience and comfort. Room rates vary according to size and location on site. You're welcome to contact us for a viewing at any time. Room from $170 per week. Power, WIFI and water are included in your room rate. Kitchens are fully equipped to cater to all of your cooking needs. Our buildings are also protected with fire sprinkler systems and automatic smoke detection for your safety and security.

We still have a few single rooms available for anyone looking for accommodation. Do not hesitate to get in touch.

Larger rooms with ensuite do also become available from time to time, just let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to accommodate you.

As we near Christmas, Adrian and I, would like extend our appreciation and thanks to all the wonderful new (and current) tenants we have had the pleasure to meet this year, and to say best wishes to those who have now moved on. To our wonderful past tenants, we will always remember you, it is hard to keep in touch with everyone as life gets busy, but we hope you are all well and that you are enjoying life no matter the direction it has taken you. Meeting you all makes our job well worth it.

We hope that this upcoming festive season is a joyous time for you all, and you relish the time with family and friends. Have a wonderful Christmas and magnificent new year. All the best for 2020!

The Christmas season is upon us once again. Thankyou to all our wonderful tenants, past and present, who continue to make us feel grateful for the job we have. 2018 has been another great year. To all the tenants who have moved on this year, we wish you all the best for your future - it has been a pleasure meeting you all 😃

Beneath the hustle and bustle of the festive season there is the true beauty of connecting with loved ones. May this beauty and joy lift you up during Christmas and the New Year!
