Squash Packhouse Positions Available

We have the following positions available for the packing season - mid December through to March.

Forklift Drivers

Must have Forklift license and previous forklift experience.

Squash Graders

Previous squash grading experience a bonus but not essential.

General labourer’s packhouse

Stalk cutters (air assisted stalk cutters) and turner/graders for squash line, training will be provided

Bin filler operators

Hydraulic bin filler and automated bin filler operators, need to be switched on, focused and some heavy moving may be required (moving empty squash bins onto the stands)

Bin Builders

As part of a team building squash bins with air assisted nail guns, Previous bin building experience preferred, fast paced team environment, fun but also good hard work

Dispatch Clerk

Inwards/Outwards data entry. Schedule updating, liaise with truck drivers onsite, computer literate, system training will be provided.

Work will be available up to 7 days a week, weather dependent. Transport is available.

Pay rates - $23.00 to $28.00 plus holiday pay per hour.

Squash Harvesting Positions Available

We have the following positions available for the harvesting season - mid December through to April.

Tractor Operator: must have a W endorsement or Class 2 license with F endorsement and be able to operate a front-end forks.

Harvester Operator: have F & W endorsement or Class 2 license with F endorsement.

Bin Operator: operate bin tippers. Someone that holds a W endorsement would be preferred to be able to assist drivers when necessary.

Harvesting Graders with full Class 1 license.

Work will be available up to 7 days a week, weather dependent. Transport is available.

Pay rates - $23.00 to $28.00 plus holiday pay per hour.

Kiwifruit Bud and Fruit Thinning

If you enjoy working outdoors and you are eligible to work in NZ with excellent time management and work ethic we would like to hear from you.

We have a number of positions open to join our friendly team. Kiwifruit experience is a bonus but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.

Work will be located on the Gisborne flats, Tiniroto, Whangara and Tolaga Bay. Transport can be arranged and a travel allowance is paid when travelling up the Coast.

Work will be available up to 7 days a week, weather dependent.

Pay rates – $23.65 plus holiday pay per hour.
