Well it's a bitter sweet end to our business. We are selling this amazing property which is being bought as a private home so we have officially closed Awatuna Sunset Lodge. We wish the family moving in, many happy years in this unique and amazingly beautiful spot. This place is going to be extremely difficult to leave.

This was a heart-breaking decision, but we feel is right for us. On a positive note, we finished on a high as we have just received a TripAdvisor Best of the Best award ranking us in the Top 1% of accommodation providers in the world and we came in with a Bronze as #3 B&B in New Zealand. Thank you to everyone who took the time to post such wonderful reviews keeping us at 5/5.

Many thanks to all our guests that have supported us and stayed with us over the past 7 years, we have developed many wonderful friendships. Stay tuned as we will be updating our page and announcing our next adventure.
