A little exploring, and being tourists close to home today. Just 1 hour and 15 minutes driving from Evergreen Escape Hokitika, the stunning Arthur's Pass National Park. We enjoyed the Devils Punchbowl walk, with lots of steps and elevation, and the very intelligent alpine parrot, the Kea putting in an appearance, made our day so special.

Exploring 1 hour drive from our doorstep. A couple of short walks today, but I had my eye on a mountain to climb!

What our guests over Matariki weekend had to say after 4 nights....
+ Lovely hosts and thanks for the scones with jam and cream, delicious 😋.
Excellent layout for a group.
Clean and comfortable with everything anyone should need.
