The current motel fence was not built along the property boundary but far inner. According to the Council file, we have more land to include for the motel. Mr. Bow has been doing to fantastic job to build the new security fence for commercial premises for us!

New color paint for Christmas celebration. Another 8 hour job to paint the window/door frame to white, to finish the wall/ceiling corner and to tidy/clean up. 70s motel style done! 😁🥰

Our first fireworks/grilled marshmallows party at Katikati Motel. Thanks Kay Frith for the icecream and helping cleaning up. Thanks bin hire for collecting the rubbish. Kids very enjoyed the fireworks and food. It’s lovely to see those smiles on their innocence faces.
