A haven in the bush bordered by a sparkling stream and complimented by warm thermal swimming pools. We offer warm, fresh, natural thermal swimming pools and hot private soaking spas. Bring your family and friends for a picnic and a swim. BBQs available and day visitors welcome with plenty of space to throw a frisbee or kick a ball. There are bush walks amongst the well-established native trees and

ferns for you to explore and enjoy. Overnight guests can choose from camping sites, our backpacker-style lodge, basic cabins, self-contained motel units and a five bedroom bungalow. Sapphire Springs Holiday Park is located 30 minutes north of Tauranga, 2 hours south of Auckland, 3km off the Pacific Coast Highway. The golden sands of Waihi Beach are a short 20 minute drive away or 10 minutes to catch that ‘big one’ from the Tauranga Harbour. Come for the day and play or stay for a relaxing holiday!

What a beautiful weekend we had! We loved hosting the Papamoa Scouts as they explored the park, enjoyed the walks, fired up the BBQ 🍖, and of course made a splash in the pools!

We had a very special occasion last week!

Lex and Joanne returned to Sapphire Springs to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary, in the same place they spent their wedding night 50 years ago.

It was an honour to be part of this beautiful milestone and to see how much this place has meant to them over the decades. Here's to many more years of love and memories! 💚

There's a planned power outage in our area on Friday, 30th January, 9am-3pm (subject to weather conditions), which means we won't be able to welcome the public to the pools that day. Pools will still be open to guests staying at the park.

If you were planning a soak this week, we'd love to see you today or over the weekend instead! ☀️

We'll confirm Friday morning once we know for certain that the planned power outage is going ahead.
