Today, we want to celebrate one of ours.
Mahesh joined The Talisman as our Head Chef, but to us, he is so much more than a title.
He has watched our children grow up in the kitchen, patiently teaching them to stir a pot, roll dough, crack eggs, and discover a love of cooking. He never sees it as "just part of the job"—he takes the time to encourage, guide and help shape beautiful little humans.
He has mentored countless staff, quietly sharing his knowledge, lifting others up, and leading by example every single day. Through his passion, dedication and unwavering standards, he has helped lead our team to win multiple awards and has played a huge part in making The Talisman what it is today.
Mahesh celebrates every success with us, stands beside us through every challenge, and genuinely cares about every person who walks through our doors—whether they're a customer, a teammate or one of our kids.
When we say we're proud of this nomination, we truly mean it.
This isn't just recognition for an exceptional chef.
It's recognition for an exceptional human being.
Mahesh, thank you for everything you do, for our team, our family, and our community. We couldn't think of anyone more deserving of the Employee of the Year nomination.
