We love bringing people together, especially for special occasions. Today we're honored to hold a baby shower for a lovely local - yoga, meditation, then food, chatting and fun in the sun. Let us know how we can help you make memories 😊

Sorry for the sound, Portia clearly needs a new phone!

Blessings for a spectacular sunset. 🙏😍 This is one of the true joys of the West Coast. When time seems to stand still and you gaze with awe at the changing colours and clouds.
This is how memories are made, by pausing to notice the beauty around you. Did you take any photos to celebrate the moment tonight?

Supported Yoga Space: one place, every month
This November, Greenstone Retreat is offering one local a supported place: 50% off every class and workshop Kate teaches for the whole month.

It’s for someone ready to commit to a regular practice and grow through it. If money, health or wellbeing has made it hard to start or deepen your practice, this may be for you. A month to build new habits, find community and make friends along the way.

November includes: weekly hatha, weekly yin, breathwork, meditation, sound healings and shamanic breathwork (where it’s safe and suitable). Mats and props provided.

Know someone who might love this? Tag them to let them know, but they’ll need to apply for themselves. If it’s you, apply here - https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/hGRghp5WrB
Please only apply if you can commit to attending regularly through the month. One person will be selected.

Applications close 29 October. Full details and terms and conditions are on our website, greenstoneretreat.nz
