Situated just 40 mins from Christchurch in North Loburn and beside the foothillls the cottage is private and fully self contained, with an indoor bathroom, sitting room, kitchen and bedroom and a veranda from where you can watch and listen to the bird chorus. You can have a leisurely stroll in the garden, read a book in the gazebo, or enjoy a bath under the stars and gaze at the milky way at night

. The perfect couples retreat, not suitable for groups or children. The area is a convenient starting point for trampers, hunters, fisherman, bikers and 4WD enthusiasts who wish to explore the area.
