PUBLIC NOTICE:
NZ has introduced “Occupancy Tax” on accommodation booked through booking platforms (approx 12.5%). Airbnb no longer shows their fee of (approx 15%). This ends up increasing the nightly rate!
* These fees are not required if booked directly via email…
A $180 nightly rate turns into $237 nightly rate.
