Summer is here and the festive season is upon us. May you all enjoy the silly season and let’s hope the sun stays shining!
Make time for family and friends- BBQs n beach, sun and surf, food and wine!
Come and stay a while with us in our little piece of paradise - Mangawhai Chalets.

Spring is upon us and summer is on its way! Time to plan ahead and to take time out to relax and refresh and enjoy life!
We’d love you to come and stay with us at Mangawhai Chalets in Magical Mangawhai.
We are just over an hour north of the hustle n bustle of Auckland.
We offer 3 lovely chalets all set in a peaceful quiet garden setting. The chalets are delightful, all have huge super king beds, lovely linen and tea n coffee making facilities. There is also a “clubhouse” - a separate chalet/camp Kitchen / dining area if you wish to be self catering or we are a 5 minute walk to Resturant’s, bar, small supermarket , takeaways n shops and across the road from the golf course.
We are close to both the wonderful surf beach and a lovely tidal estuary and bird sanctuary.
Mangawhai offers great walks, 2 golf courses, a bowls club, skateboard park, playground, vineyards, fishing & boat charter/trips, surfing, and water sports.
So take time .... come and visit us, stay a while, relax, refresh and enjoy life.

Hi all and roll on summer! We have had an exceptionally busy winter season and have had lots of wonderful guests to stay at our chalets. We are very privileged to get to meet so many people from so many cities and so many countries!! All of us "Enjoying the journey!! "
