Broadway Motel & Miro Court Villas are located in the centre of Matamata township or Hobbiton as it is often referred to. We have 20 units,(16 ground level, 4 upstairs)...... standard(older style), deluxe and executive. Being so central means we are only a couple of minutes walk from the cafes, bars and clubs, plus there is a gym, squash courts and the Matamata Sports Centre opposite us. Our guest

s are welcome to use our private spa, our swimming pools with an attached toddlers pool and chidren's playground.

The plant is a dwarf timbouchina from the Fantasy Flower Series called Peace Baby and has been planted for a year and has been smothered in flowers this summer
