Kellyville Rd in the Mercer area is now closed to heavy vehicle traffic due to the current condition of the road after ex-Cyclone Debbie.

The road is being used as a detour route for Koheroa Rd, pictured, (which is closed to all traffic between the Kellyville Road and Glass Road intersections) but Kellyville Rd cannot handle vehicles such as trucks and tankers at this time.

Drivers of these vehicles are asked to use SH1 and SH2. Local residents needing to move stock can be accommodated but please ring 0800 492 452 before doing so.
