Situated 14km outside Dunedin city our stunning contemporary boutique accommodation set in 26 acres of trees and bush offers fantastic views over the taieri plain. TV, heating, tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms with free WIFI, continental breakfast and spa room/jacuzzi for guest use.

We are pleased to introduce the newest additions to our family, a pair of alpacas. The first is Harry, a dark brown alpaca, and the second is Galaxy, a lighter brown alpaca. Our existing alpacas include Donald, named after Trump for his distinctive comb-over hairdo, and Thomas, who remains aloof and ready for his next photo opportunity. We extend a warm welcome to Harry and Galaxy to their new home.
