Hello!

We have a cleaner/housekeeper vacant position to start from 14th January. This is a permanent job but we are happy to hire someone just for the summer.

You will help us with the daily cleaning of our friendly family run Guesthouse of 14 rooms in sunny Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty.

The job includes making beds, cleaning rooms, kitchen and communal areas, bathrooms and general cleaning.

HOURS PER WEEK: 20

DAYS OF WORK: 5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays.

TIMETABLE: from 10:30 for around 3 or 4 hours a day.

We are looking for someone reliable, with a positive and can-do attitude, eye for detail and physically fit to be able to work fast and efficiently.
Some cleaning experience necessary.

Seagulls Guesthouse in Mount Maunganui is looking for a part time housekeeper to help us cleaning our family run Guesthouse of 14 rooms.

START DATE: FROM 6th Dec.

TIMETABLE: from 10:30am for around 3 hours a day.

DAYS: 5 days a week, ideally from Wed to Sunday including weekends but happy to hear what days you are available.

EXPERIENCE: preferably you will have previous experience in a cleaning role or similar and with good references but we can offer training to the right person.

WORK DESCRIPTION:
Primary tasks include making beds, cleaning of surfaces and edges, vacuuming, full cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge area.

YOU MUST :
• Be reliable
• Be contactable by phone
• Be a good communicator with management and guests
• Be physically fit and able to work fast and in detail
• Have a tidy presentation
• Take pride in your work
