At Maruia River Retreat, food is a craft — rooted in nature and elevated by intention.

Chef Lasse and the kitchen team work with seasonal ingredients grown on site or sourced locally. From firewood gathered for our outdoor oven to the hand-plating of each dish, there is care, precision, and purpose in every step.

We believe food is healing. And every meal here is made to reflect that.
