Touring New Zealand this summer? Did you know that Nelson Classic Car Museum is not all about cars - they also have a wonderful gift shop filled with kiwi art! They have a lovely range of my small fine-art prints (including some pieces you can't find anywhere else), TinyArt, and Skrark Art prints. Well worth checking out!

A great place to visit while in Nelson

If you have taken a stroll down Māpua Wharf lately, you may have noticed a flurry of activity at The Jellyfish. We have been busy painting, cleaning, organising, and getting ready for a new era. Just like its jellyfish namesake, this special place has been laying low in readiness for a transformation.

We are Keiran and Gem, and we are taking on the challenge of bringing this iconic waterfront location back to life.

You might recognise us from the morning drop off, around town or from The Apple Shed, where we have been serving up delicious food and wine for the past 4 years (and still wondering how we got so lucky, every time we see that view!).

We have a fabulous team behind us, and our chefs are busy creating an exciting new menu. A huge thank you goes out to the hardworking team with us on this journey and the many people who have shown us support so far. We have truly had a village helping us prepare to open and see this striking venue become a key part of the Māpua community once again.

The jellyfish is a symbol of the power of flexibility and survival, and for us, that name couldn’t be more fitting. So, we throw open our doors on October 28th as ‘The Jellyfish’ and can’t wait to welcome you all to our, and Māpua’s, latest adventure.
