Our guests enjoy going to the salmon farm for a little fishing day trip, and a lunch full of the nutrients from the fresh salmon. The catch from the day easily turned into a beautiful seafood hotpot, a salmon don, or just a plate of sashimi with the best local wines from the region all in our beautiful designer kitchen.
