Grayson Peak is now open for bookings - a private escape designed for slow mornings, long soaks, and uninterrupted views across the Waitaki landscape. We’re not quite ready to show all our cards just yet… but we couldn’t help ourselves - here’s a little sneak peek inside our newest dome.

Think warm oak flooring, herringbone oak wall feature, soft, cosy linens you’ll want to sink straight into, and those slow, quiet moments that make you forget what day it is. It’s shaping up to be something pretty special.

This one’s all about switching off, soaking it in, and enjoying the kind of stay you’ll wish you booked an extra night for.
We’ve poured a lot of love into this space, and trust us… she’s worth the wait.
