Looks like this Friday might be Okaiawa Hotel last night for awhile

Had planned to close from Saturday and start renovating the bar and upstairs rooms .. but it looks like the property has been sold to someone else ... I only have a 2 year lease left to run

The problem is the bar loses almost $2,000 a week ... Which I can't afford to keep paying out of my pocket .... So I was hoping to get the garden bar sorted and try to turn the bar around and make it at least break even .. but now I only have a 2 year lease left to run .. its not worth spending money and time renovating ..catch 22

Come drink the pub dry this week .. might be your last chance in awhile to have a drink at the OKI

Last handle club draw Friday for awhile .. it's now $300

If you're paid your handle club membership for next year ...pop down and get a refund or pm me your bank account details

I can open for the local Okaiawa darts comp that's on Wednesday,s for another month ?.. might be bring your own .... Let me know if you want me to open up
