From Nick Buck of Te Mata, Helen Masters of Ata Rangi, Sarah Crowe of Yarra Yering, Sarah-Kate & Dan Dineen of Maude, Anika Willner of Coal Pit, Ben Longhurst of Louis Roederer, Steve Fulks of Bentley, Connor Roulet Magides and Timbo Deaker of Clos Ostler, to New Zealand artist Sam Foley, each creator brings their own perspective on craft, place and creativity.

July has arrived in the Ahuriri Valley, and with it, the return of Dining in the Dark. As the sun disappears behind the Southern Alps, the Great Hall transforms into an intimate setting for one of winter's most memorable evenings.⁠
