"‘It depends.’ - The answer to every multiple-choice question I have ever been asked.
If you are Neurodivergent (ND) like me, you might know the struggle of standard personality profiling. You stare at a question like: ‘I enjoy social gatherings.’ And your brain goes: Which gatherings? With whom? Is it loud? Am I tired? Is there food? Is there a cat?
Standard multiple-choice assessments can be a nightmare for the ND community. We often over-analyse the context, get stuck on ambiguity, or (unintentionally) mask it by selecting the 'correct’ corporate answer rather than the honest one.
This is exactly why I chose to train in Drawmetrics. It removes the linguistic ambiguity. It uses drawing-based data to uncover subconscious patterns. You cannot overthink a doodle in the same way you overthink a phrasing.
Now that I’m certified, I can offer a level playing field for those of us whose brains do not fit into a checkbox.
